Due to the nature of our products, Happy Curls,Happy Girls is unable to process returns. We do want to help though, so please contact us at happycurls.happygirls@gmail.com with any questions or concerns; proof of purchase must be included. Should the product be found to be defective or damaged we will replace it for you at no additional cost.
